Resep Ayam Panggang Cabai Rawit

Bahan-Bahan :
buah paha atas ayam (jika tak suka bisa dibuang kulitnya), kerat-kerat
sendok makan Nestlé DANCOW Fullcream
sendok makan minyak sayur
 
Bumbu  dihaluskan:
10  buah cabai rawit merah
siung bawang putih
butir bawang merah
¼  cm jahe
½  sendok teh terasi
sendok teh garam

Cara Mengolah :
 
1. Lumuri paha ayam dengan Bumbu Halus dan DANCOW hingga rata.
2. Panggang dalam oven panas selama 30 menit hingga matang dan kering.
3. Angkat, sajikan hangat.


Tips:
- Jika ingin rasa pedas lebih menggigit, gunakan lebih banyak cabai rawit merah. Bubuhi sedikit gula pasir agar aromanya tidak terlalu menyengat.
